Shipping Rates
Shipping is free if you are located in USA or Canada. For bulk orders, please contact us at 833-772-5826 or email support@altanrobotech.com for a freight quote. Freight fees apply to bulk orders. 

Loss or Damage by Freight Carrier in Shipping

We are not responsible for shipment loss or damage by third party freight carriers. Refund need not be issued in such cases. However we may support with product retrieval and redirection with the carrier when applicable. We may also support by filing for claim refund from the third party carrier and where this is successful, a new product may be shipped to the customer. The above support is at the sole discretion of customer support. 

International Shipping Policy
We currently provide free home delivery in USA & Canada. In EU, you can purchase from https://www.robotshop.com/eu/en/altan-robotech.html 

Bulk shipments in USA or Canada can incur freight charges and a freight quote will be provided for your approval prior to shipping.

For other international shipments, we will quote freight fees, if you approve, we can arrange freight and ship to your shipping address. We cannot guarantee or be responsible for any loss you may bear due to lack of compliance with your country’s requirements or customs clearance as your country of receipt may not be our major market of sale. We accept full payment per invoice by wire in advance of shipping.
